CARPRO Fixer Medium Cut

Our opinion:

Fixer is an excellent medium-cut compound for removing swirls or marks in paint. It is very easy to use with an orbital (DA) or rotary machine. Capable of removing 1,500 sandpaper marks and leaving excellent shine.

For excellent balance of shine and cut, combine with CARPRO Polishing Pad

For aggressive cutting, combine with Flash Pad, Microfiber Heavy Cutting Pad or Wool Cutting Pad

Characteristics:

• Contains no durable fillers: 100% safe for use in body shops and paint shops
• Excellent for hand polishing in hard-to-reach areas
• Good for any type of automotive paint: soft, medium, hard ceramic, and single stage paint.
• Able to remove 1,500 sandpaper mark
• Does not create holograms, does not release much dust
• Versatility: Excellent with DA, Rotary, or by hand

Instructions with Machine:

1. Apply 3-4 drops on the speck
2. As the Fixer begins to break down the speed slowly lower and continue until the polishing abrasives break down
3. Clean the pad with a pad cleaning brush after each section
4. Wipe the paint free of debris with a microfiber towel to inspect the paint for correction and continue to the next section.
5. Apply 2 more drops of product and repeat in the next section
